Description: This is a staining of NeuN (blue, Neuronal marker) in a VGAT;TdTomato mouse line (red) to specifically check for the inhibitory interneurons. The imaging was carried out using an inverted confocal microscope at 20x magnification. The immunostained section is obtained from a mouse spinal cord (L2-L6 lumbar region) which was fixed using 4%PFA.
