Description: A ~50µm sagittal slice of cerebrovasculature from a male BalbC mouse was visualized. This vasculature dataset comes from Todorov et. al 2020, Nature Methods, where DISCO tissue clearing, light-sheet microscopy, and a custom convolutional neural network were used to image and segment the vasculature of a BalbC mouse. The vasculature is visualized at an isotropic resolution of 3.0 µm. The vessels are color-coded based on their radius scalars.
