Description: This picture shows Parkinson patient-derived GFP-labeled human microglia in the mouse striatum at 1 month post-injection (100 um-thick sagittal brain section). They were labeled with the microglia markers P2RY12 (blue) and Iba1 (red) using immunofluorescence. We used a Zeiss LSM 700 microscope to image them.
