Description: Monolayer of cerebral endothelial cells (line bEnd.3) stained with antibodies against protein of tight junctions claudin 5. The nuclei are conterstained with Hoechst 33342. Tight junctions partly violated because of cells were subjected to oxidative stress. Image was made using widefield fluorescent microscope.
