Description: Granule and mossy cells of a 10 weeks-old mouse hyppocampal dentate gyrus (coronal slice 40um). The mouse was injected at 6 weeks with an AAV expressing a mCherry (magenta) and a CRE recombinase (yellow) under a Drd2 promoter to try to specifically label the mossy cells.
