Description: Three layer II/III pyramidal neurons were displayed in the prefrontal cortex(PFC) area on a mouse brain slice; moreover, the left two neurons kept their fingers crossed. The neurons were injected with internal solution including biotin by a glass electrode(Top left DIC image) after electrophysiology recording(Top right red firing trace). Neurons were stained with Streptavidin-488.
