Description: In the micro-picture, we can see two kinds of glia cells in a hippocampal section of a rat: Microglia (Iba-1) in green and Astrocytes (GFAP) in red, plus all the nuclei in blue (DAPI). The picture was taken in a fluorescence widefield DMi8 Leica's microscope and it was post-processed with THUNDER software.
