Author:
Nate Pappenhagen

Description:
This is the optic nerve head of a mouse injected intraoccularly with CTB (Green). This dye is commonly used as an axonal tracer in the retinal ganglion cells. Additionally, Aldehyde Rosa (Red) stains the glia in the retina and the optic nerve, while Glutamine Synthetase (Blue) confirms that the Muller Glia are stained.
