Description:
Mouse brains were imaged at 150 micron-cubed resolution on a 7T imager. An average anatomical space of eighteen brains was calculated in order to perform statistical analysis. This averaged 3D brain represents three genotypes of mice and was produced using ITK-snap to create a mask of the mouse brain. The mask was transformed into a 3D model using Paraview software.
